Turkey

Stuffing Crusted Turkey Cutlets

  • Turkey Breast
  • Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 2T Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sage Leaves
  • Cranberry Orange Cinnamon Goat Cheese, or Goat Cheese Crumbles
  1. Butterfly the turkey breast and pound thin
  2. Cut turkey breast into managable cutlets
  3. Set up a two part dredging station, one with eggs, the other with the stuffing mix
  4. Salt and Pepper both the eggs and the stuffing mix
  5. Dip each breast in egg, followed by stuffing mix, and set aside
  6. Heat a large pan over medium heat
  7. While waiting, chiffonade sage leaves and set aside
  8. In batches, fry each side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown
  9. Remove fried cutlets to a wire rack to prevent becoming soggy
  10. Top each piece with goat cheese crumbles and allow to melt
  11. Serve, topped with sage leaves and cranberry sauce

Corn Casserole

  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Creamed Corn
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 8 oz package Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 stick Butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
  2. Grease a casserole pan
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the two cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and butter.
  4. Pour into the casserole pan.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving

Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Carrots

  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Baby Carrots
  1. Clean and cut carrots
  2. Mix carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and add to air fryer tray
  3. Clean and cut brussels sprouts
  4. Mix sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt
  5. Preheat air fryer oven to 425ºF
  6. Add sprouts to roasting pan, and place both pan and tray into oven
  7. Roast brussels sprouts and carrots for 20 minutes

Stuffing

  • Box of Stuffing Mix
  • 4T Butter
  1. Bring 1.5C water and 4T butter to a boil.
  2. Stir in stuffing mix.
  3. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff with a fork.

  • Can of Cranberry Sauce

  2. Flop on a plate
